This policy explains what we do with your data on Boukman Astro.

Who is responsible

What we collect

For a free profile: first name, email, date, time and place of birth, language, landing page and source (campaign, referring site), date of each request.
For an order: the data needed for the order, payment and delivery.
For the newsletter: email, language, date and wording of the sign-up.

Why

To produce and send you the document you requested.
To send you our promo codes and news: any free profile request adds you to this list, as stated on the form. You can unsubscribe in one click from any email.
To produce statistics and personalise our messages, including from your birth data.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

How long

Free document and download link: 30 days.
Prospect data, including birth data: 3 years after your last contact with us.
Proof of sign-up and unsubscription: 5 years. We then keep a fingerprint of your address so as not to write to you again.
Order data: as long as accounting rules require.

Who has access

Our team and our technical providers (hosting, document calculation, email sending, payment), for these purposes only. We do not sell your data. Boukman Astro and Astro Secrets, another BES Consulting brand, share a common management database; signing up with one does not sign you up with the other.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict its use, request portability and object to its use, by writing to contact@boukmanastro.com. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
