They identified nine constituents: the nine spiritual bodies, or "nine babies." They are essential to spiritual development. Each body has a unique role and must be nourished by love:

- Spiritual Name (Destiny) : Understanding and fulfilling our life's purpose.
The Five Kingdoms
To fully develop our nine spiritual bodies, we must engage with five realms: mineral, vegetable, animal, human and divine. Each kingdom has an aspect exterior and interior, making a total of ten kingdoms to explore.
Mineral Kingdom
- Exterior Minerals : Rocks, gems, and crystals from the earth are essential. Crystals, in particular, have been used for their healing and psychic-enhancing properties.
- Interior Minerals : Consuming essential minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium through a healthy diet is crucial for our physical and spiritual health.
Plant Kingdom
- Outdoor Plants : Interact with nature and understand the role of plants in providing oxygen and nourishment. A vegetarian diet is recommended for spiritual purity.
- Indoor Plants Ancient teachings link plants to our inner spiritual life. Concepts like celestial stems and earthly branches in Chinese astrology demonstrate this connection. Additionally, chakras are often depicted as flowers or lotuses.
Animal Kingdom
- Outdoor Animals : Coexist with animals and respect their role in the ecosystem.
- Indoor Animals : Managing our inner animal impulses, represented by the zodiac(from the Greek zôdiakós meaning “circle of small animals”)The zodiac helps us understand and control these impulses.
Human Kingdom
- Outside Humans : Interact with other humans and aspire to become enlightened beings.
- Inner Humans : Using sacred geometry, astrology, Kabbalah and meridian work to achieve higher states of consciousness.
Divine Kingdom
- Outer Deities : Understanding various deities from different spiritual traditions.
- Inner Deities : Apply the teachings of these divine beings to our lives through sacred practices and rituals.
